I cannot speak highly enough of Tim and his team! Thank God we found them when we decided to sell our home and purchase land to create a new start in life! Honesty, compassion, and determination are three of the top qualities to describe the Tim Williams Group. So thankful they handled our sale and purchase!

If your looking for a realtor look no further! Tim was my realtor whom I now call friend. Mine was a hard to sell house in an area that had flooded 2 times. Factor in Covid. Tim Williams promised to sell our house and he did!!! After a year on the market with two other realty companies Tim came through for us... He is as hardworking for the seller as he is for a buyer. NOT just a listing agency. Besides his sense of humor and his knowledge, he goes above and beyond. Always returns phone calls (if he doesn’t outright answer), stays on top of things so he can answer your questions, handles any situation quickly (from providing the people to deal with a problem, to brokering deals, to just getting things done).
